Hi! I'm Rocío Ungría
Born and raised in Spain and trained in NYC, my career has been shaped by diverse cultures and a deep belief in the power of people.
After almost two decades in Communication and Luxury Retail, learning, growing and eventually leading the Training teams for some of the most iconic brands under LVMH and Kering, I realized that the heart of every successful company lies in its people.
So after working with people from all over the world and seeing what is truly needed to inspire, support and effect positive change in them, I decided to create El Cuarto Azul. A space with a clear mission: help guide organizations in nurturing talent, aligning teams with purpose, and fostering a culture of empathy, growth and innovation.
Because when people grow, companies grow.
